Fever is/isn't present Pertinent positives sore throat/nasal congestion/earache/headache/myalgias History of pulmonary problems:  no respiratory problems/pulmonary problems/frequent pneumonia/frequent bronchitis/asthma Patient is not a smoker/is a smoker/is exposed to second hand smoke/has occupational exposure to potentially harmful inhalants
