- GENERAL: Awake. Alert. No acute distress.
- HENT: Moist mucous membranes. No scleral icterus.
- LUNGS: Clear to auscultation bilaterally. No accessory muscle use.
- CARDIOVASCULAR: Regular rate and rhythm. No obvious murmur.
- ABDOMEN: Soft, Non-tender, non distended. 
- NEURO: PERRLA, hoffman, babinski
