Bowel sounds normal. Nontender without rebound. No masses palpable. No distention. Genitalia: ***Normal male external genitalia; testes descended bilaterally; no hernia./Normal female external genitalia.*** Tanner: Tanner stage ***I/II/III/IV/V*** Spine: Straight with no lesions.
