Flu vaccine.

S:
years-old-male, presented to the clinic for a Flu shot. He denied any of fever, sore throat, runny nose, cough or sputum. The patient also denied any history of egg allergies or reaction to vaccines.

O:
NAD, Afebrile, AAOx3, Patient appears to be doing well

A:
Immunization

P:
- Flu shot given today intra-muscularly, 0.5ml at the Deltoid.
- Patient tolerated it well
- Advised Tylenol for post- vaccination pain at the injection site
- Advised side effects of flu shot such as common cold like symptoms without fever
- Patient to return to clinic as needed
