-Pain control with PCA (loading 0.3, basal 0.1, bolus 0.3, 4-hour lockout 4 mg) 
    -Lidocaine patch 
    -Heating Pad 
-Continue home medications: 
    -Ibuprofen 800 tid 
    -MS Contin 90 q8h 
    -Oxycodone 30 q4h 
    -Robaxin 750 q8h 
    -Cymbalta 60 
    -Folic acid 
    -Hydroxyurea 1500 
- Start 5 1/2NS for 1L @ 100 cc/hr 
- Continuous Pulse Ox - will start o2 therapy if o2 sat drops below 92 
- Incentive spirometry 
- Telemetry 
- Miralax for bowel regimen, zofran prn for nausea 
- CBC and RFP daily
- Will plan to discharge when ready with close follow up with Dr. Anim and pain specialist
