Eat more fruits, vegetables, whole-wheat breads, lean chicken, and fish (such as salmon or tuna). Attempt at counting calories, use a calorie tracker such as MyFitnessPal, strive for 2700 kcal per day, small frequent meals, and avoid concentrated sweets.
