20% Benzocaine gel applied prior LA.
Used 1 carpule of Lido 2% w/epi 1:100K and 1 carpule of Septocaine to anesthetize UL & LL via L IANB &long buccal and field blocks.
SRP UL & LL done with piezo and hand instruments. G.I. done with Peridex and monojet syringe for UL & LL
Post SRP instructions and Peridex rx w/instructions on use given to the Pt.
