DISPOSITION:

Upon arriving at destination, pt unloaded and taken to [text name="variable_28" default="room"] and transferred to [checkbox name="variable_10" value="Bed|Wheelchair"] by [select name="variable_29" value="Ambulation|Stand and Pivot|Exremity Lift|Sheet Pull|Other Method"] and secured by rails.
