HEMS eFAST w/ Positive Findings

eFAST:
Ultrasound exam performed for evaluation of possible internal injury. Linear probe attached, limited lung exam performed. Lung sliding identified on the patients [select name="variable_1" value="left|right|bilateral"]. No lung sliding was observed on the [select name="variable_1" value="left|right|bilateral"] which was confirmed by barcode sign in M-mode. The transducer was switched to the phased array. Limited abdominal exam performed: Morrisons pouch [select name="variable_1" value="positive| negative"] for free fluid. No fluid seen in pelvic floor, or splenorenal recess. Limited cardiac exam performed. No free fluid identified in pericardium and no right atrial collapse noted in subxiphoid view.
