Osteoporosis

The patient is a -- year old --- who presents for follow up of ---.

__ has h/o of osteoporosis.
-Current treatment includes Janumet 50/1000mgBID and repaglinide 1mg with meals.
-Her most recent A1c 7.7%  - repeat pending.
She monitors her blood glucose 2 times daily.
Her fasting glucose levels varies from >110mg/dL. ( unhealthy food choices have contributed to her elevated blood glucose.)
She has no polydipsia, polyuria, increased appetite, fatigue or change in vision.
Disease complications do not include peripheral neuropathy, diabetic retinopathy or diabetic nephropathy.

Continued Repaglinide 0.5 MG Oral Tablet, 1 (one) Tablet three times daily, #270, 90 days starting 03/25/2021, Ref. Q 90 Days x1 Year.

Discussed eye care with the patient.
