BASELINE RATE Mean bpm (rounded to 0 or 5) over a 10 minute interval, excluding periodic changes, periods of marked variability, and segments that differ by more than 25 bpm. The baseline must be identifiable for 2 minutes during the interval (but not necessarily a contiguous 2 minutes), otherwise it is considered indeterminate.
