Vital signs stable, afebrile.

EOE: WNL, Able to palpate angle of man. 

IOE: surg sites healing normally, tissue well perfused. No sinus drainage, bad taste in mouth. Uvula not deviated; no difficulty breathing or swallowing.  No lymphadenopathy, trismus, dysphagia, or paresthesia. Surg sites healing normally. HCI.

Tx:
