Patient is [textarea default="eating, drinking, urinating, and having bowel movements normally."]  Patient [textarea default="denies nausea, diarrhea, headaches, sore throat, chest pain, and shortness of breath."]  
Exam notable for [textarea default="General:  alert and oriented x 3, cooperative, no distress, speaking in complete sentences, ambulating normally on the ward.  HEENT:  mucous membranes moist, oropharynx clear, conjunctiva clear.  CV:  RRR, no murmur.  Lungs:  clear to auscultation bilaterally.  Abdomen:  normal bowel sounds, soft, nontender."]
Plan: [textarea default="continued supportive care.  Encouraged hydration.  Encouraged ambulation on the ward several times per day. Anticipate release from isolation in good condition with improving symptoms."]
