Homework: Read online article and watch video on the Gottman Four Horsemen (https://www.gottman.com/blog/the-four-horsemen-recognizing-criticism-contempt-defensiveness-and-stonewalling/). Start to increase awareness of the Four Horsemen when in conflict with your partner. 

Review (don't practice) the Gottman Rapoport Intervention. Complete and upload the 20 Questions to Better Understand Sexuality separately. Answer the following questions: How do you typically initiate sex with your partner? How would you prefer your partner initiate sex with you? (See shared documents in the client portal).
