Nevertheless, considering Client’s history, frequency, and the impact of his presenting concerns on his relationship with his fiance, as well as his occupational and social functioning, a diagnosis of Other Specified Disruptive, Impulse-control, and Conduct Disorder is given at this time. The degree to which Client is able to control urges related to thinking about masturbating and viewing pornography is unclear at this point in time. Therefore, additional assessment will be needed.
