Disruptive Mood Dyregulation
Patient presents with severe temper outbursts, either verbal or behavioral, that are out of proportion to the situation and inconsistent with developmental level. These outbursts occur, on average, three or more times per week. Between outbursts, [select name="pronoun_1" value="he|she"] shows a persistently irritable or angry mood most of the day, nearly every day, for at least [text name="duration_irritability" default="12 months"]. The symptoms are present in at least two settings (e.g., home, school, with peers) and are severe in at least one of these settings.
