no thyromegaly; 
thyroid not tender & without nodules, 
lymph-nodes not tender nor enlarged/
no carotid bruits

RRR, normal S1/S2, 
No M/R/G--
no peripheral edema; 
peripheral pulses 2+ all
-Lungs 
CTAB, BSE b/l
-Abdomen 
BS normal x4
-Neuro/MS 
moves all extremities equally, 
normal sensation all 4 extremities, 
no gross motor deficits, 
DTRs 2/4 x4, 
gait normal/stance stable - 
no cog wheeling on Passive ROM.
