I do not prescribe any instant-release stimulants to adults.

Stimulants have a risk of dependence, tolerance, and addiction.

Therefore, take STIMULANTS ONLY ON DAYS NEEDED FOR EXECUTIVE FUNCTION.


2) I recommend a balanced diet, exercise, and psychotherapy. 


3) FOLLOW UP RECOMMENDATIONS:
We can communicate asynchronously via the "Consultation" tab in your Done patient portal. You can feel free to message me at any time, especially if you suffer any side effects, if the treatment is not working well, or if you have any questions. However, please allow up to 72 hours for response. If experiencing an emergency , please seek out urgent care or call 911.

4) MEDICATION REFILLS:
You can request refills within your Done patient portal. You should be able to request a new refill within 5 days of when the last monthly refill was sent and as long as you are not overdue for your 6 month check-in.  If treatment is not going well and you feel we may need to make adjustments in your plan, then go ahead and message us or schedule a follow-up appointment as needed to address your needs. https://support.donefirst.com.

Misuse or abuse of stimulants may cause serious (possibly fatal) heart and blood pressure problems or risk of tolerance, dependence and addiction. Use only as directed. We do not provide emergency services, if having a psychiatric crisis or emergency crisis please call 911 or go to the nearest Emergency room.
