Gen: Well appearing. No acute distress.
HEENT: AT/NC, PERRLA/EOMI without injected conjunctiva. External ears are unremarkable. 
Pulm: Speaking full sentences, no evidence of increased pulmonary effort 
Skin: No lesions, ecchymosis, erythema, rash, masses
MSK: Appropriate movement in b/l upper and lower extremities
Neuro: A/Ox3. No FNDs
Psych: Pleasant, cooperative and appropriate.
