Positive pregnancy test on _

-Patient currently taking prenatal vitamin
-General recommendations and anticipatory guidance were provided including taking daily prenatal vitamin, avoiding substances such as tobacco/alcohol/illicit drugs, wearing seatbelt every time in a vehicle, limiting caffeine to 1 cup of coffee per day, increasing daily fluid intake, obtaining adequate amounts of sleep, eating a healthy well-rounded diet while avoiding pasteurized dairy products and daily needs, avoiding hot tubs, avoiding cat litter, avoid eating Apex marine predators such as sharks/sword fish as they contain higher levels of mercury
-Strict return precautions provided including vaginal bleeding, changes in vaginal discharge, abdominal pain, headaches with visual changes
-Patient will follow-up in between 9 and 11 weeks gestation for initial OB at which point prenatal labs will be obtained, panorama screening will be discussed, and first trimester ultrasound will be obtained
