From a primary low transverse c section
for non reassuring fetal heart tones
Patient was seen and examined this morning. And denies any acute overnight events
Patient is ambulating and voiding with out difficulty
Patient is tolerating a reilar diet
Pain is well controlled on percecet and motrin
Vitals are within normal limits
Physical exam was benign
Fundus is firm U -2
Incision is clean dry and intact
Preop hemoglobin was 12.8 
Post op hemoglobin was 10.2
Plan for her is
Condoms for contraception
discharge today 
+ follow up in 1 week
