Prenatal Visits

[text name="variable_2" default="sample text"] week prenatal visit.  The patient has no new health concerns at this time.  The patient denies[text name="variable_2" default="sample text"] fevers, headache, nausea, constipation, abdominal pain, vaginal bleeding, leaking of fluids, and contractions.
