Submissions – Note: This feature ends 7/16/19

You can also collect output from people using your forms.  It saves note output to a database that's got more space and can be organized (compared to the Scratchpad). It includes the URL for the web page where the text was generated as well as the date and time it was generated.  If you have used any [link url="//www.soapnote.org/sample/reserved-variables/" memo="Reserved Variables"] (variable_1, variable_2, etc.) they are also saved.

Users must be logged in to make Submissions.  You also must be logged in to receive and review Submissions.

To make a Submission, every SOAPnote has a button below the output box.  If you scroll down to the bottom of this page, you'll a button to the right of the "Add to Registry" button - it says "Send to Mark Morgan MD" (For any SOAPnote it will say "Send to [User Name]")

Your page for reviewing Submissions is at [link url="//www.soapnote.org/submissions/" memo="www.soapnote.org/submissions"]. At this page, you can sort, delete entries, and download them (as a csv file).
