EE presents nourished, alert and cooperative, and appears to be in no acute distress. Denies taking current medications, and states NKDA. EE c/o insect bite (nonvenomous), left ankle, + redness, no discharge is serosanguinous, cleaned area, applies Hydrocortisone 1% and dressed, the patient tolerated well. EE was instructed on the principles of conservative care, and instructed to seek additional medical treatment if changes to health or status.
