Punch Biopsy Plan

After obtaining informed consent, the area was prepped and draped in the usual fashion. 
Anesthesia was obtained with 1% lidocaine with epinephrine. 
A full thickness punch biopsy was obtained with a 4mm punch. Wound closed with two simple interrupted sutures of 4-0 Ethilon. 
Sutures out in 4 days. Wound care discussed. 
Specimen sent for dermatopathology."]
