Scabies A/P

[textarea cols=80 rows=5 default="Scabies
Permethrin 5% cream.  Apply from neck to toes.  Leave on for 10 hours.  Rinse off.  May repeat in 10 days.
Clothing should be washed and heat dried.  
Clothes that cannot be heat dried, should be sealed in plastic for 5 days.
Itching may persist for 1 month.  
Benadryl and hydrocortisone as needed to manage pruritis after treatment.
