Although SOAPnote.org is free to use and unrestricted in almost every way, it was conceived as a forum for collaboration. When you publish a note template, checklist, or calculator you have a chance at helping other providers and patients around the world. If you’d like to keep it private while you are working on it, please remember to make it public when you’ve reached your final version.
